Callers Hear the AI and Recording Notice First
Your receptionist starts each call by saying it is a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. You cannot turn off either part of this greeting.
Your receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant before taking details.
Callers hear that the call is recorded at the start.
Your business settings cannot disable the disclosure or recording notice.

The greeting tells callers what they are speaking to and that a recording is being made. That notice comes before the receptionist takes an outlet repair request, a panel estimate or an urgent message. The browser demo also records and transcribes the conversation so you can inspect the result.
Your onboarding answers define your services, hours and handling rules; they do not remove the disclosure. Use a practice call in the demo to hear how the notice fits into an electrical service conversation.

Your business decides what caller information is collected and why. We process it on your behalf, and the service uses providers for hosting and storage, telephone calls, AI processing and delivery of email alerts. Your call alerts include a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording through email and app push notifications.
Recordings are kept for 30 or 90 days, according to your selection. Transcripts and summaries remain while your account is open, then are deleted within 30 days after closure or on request. Read our information handling policy for the full data categories.
How AI Providers Process Your Call Data

AI processing is part of answering your calls, rather than a separate use of callers' information for our marketing. The service handles call audio and text, including the transcripts and summaries you receive after conversations. AI model providers for voice and text are among our service provider categories.
The training statement describes our AI model provider OpenAI's default handling of our API data. We neither sell personal information nor use caller data in our own marketing. Your business still determines the purpose of collecting information from its callers.

Choose the recording period that fits how you review electrical service calls. A recording is deleted after that period; transcripts and summaries follow the separate account retention schedule. You can inspect your call history, transcripts and recordings in the dashboard while those records are retained.
For access, correction, deletion or opt-out requests, contact [email protected]. Tell us whether you are an account holder, a website visitor or someone who called a customer's business so we can understand the request. Read the privacy request details before including caller information in an email.

We do not claim security certifications or completed security audits.

We describe the service's actual handling of information so you can assess it for your electrical business. A security label is not a substitute for understanding what gets recorded, how long it stays and who processes it. We do not offer healthcare use or claim readiness for healthcare privacy requirements.
The AI can make mistakes. Review summaries and keep a backup way to be reached, especially for urgent calls. Our terms for using the receptionist explain your responsibilities for business instructions, follow-up consent records and acceptable use.
