Use call alerts, the dashboard and Google Calendar booking

You receive call details by email and app push notification, with records in your dashboard. Your receptionist can book into Google Calendar or collect callback messages.

Our launch workflow gives your office a record it can review and enter into its existing job system. Each call alert includes a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. You also receive a daily digest email, while the dashboard holds calls and account settings.

Google Calendar booking is available when you want appointments arranged during the conversation. You can choose messages for callback instead. The appointment booking details explain that choice, so you can decide who should own the scheduling step before forwarding your business calls.

Check the status of your field-service software

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge and Service Fusion have no direct connection at launch. Tell us which you use and what call details you enter there.

ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro

Neither has a direct connection available at launch.

Jobber and FieldEdge

Your team enters the relevant call information in these systems.

Service Fusion

ServiceTitan is not connected, and Housecall Pro is not connected. Jobber, FieldEdge and Service Fusion also have no direct connection to our receptionist at launch. These are status statements about our product, rather than claims about what those software providers offer.

If your shop uses one of them, plan for someone to review the call summary and enter the relevant information. Tell us which system you use and what you need passed over. Direct connections are planned according to demand, with no release date promised here.

Review the call, then enter the job details yourself

Your office can use the summary to enter a request in its job system. Check the transcript or recording when a detail needs confirmation before scheduling work.

Read first

Use the call summary to understand the request and its urgency.

Confirm details

Check the transcript or recording before entering information that needs clarification.

Enter manually

Put the relevant caller and job details into your existing software.

After a panel upgrade inquiry, review the summary to see what the caller requested and what the receptionist recorded. Open the transcript or recording if you need the caller's exact description. Your team can then enter the relevant details into the system it uses to manage electrical work.

That manual step needs an owner in your office workflow. If the call is urgent, use the configured warm transfer or page rather than waiting for routine data entry. During your free trial, test a normal request to see whether the review and entry process fits your team.

Tell us which connection would remove office work

We plan direct connections based on demand. Tell us your software name and the information you currently enter by hand so your request describes the work involved.

Name your software

Tell us which job or customer system your office uses.

Describe the task

Explain which caller and job details your team enters manually.

Plan for today

Base your setup decision on the features available at launch.

Demand guides which direct connections we plan to build. A useful request names your software and describes the task you want to reduce, such as entering a quote request after a call. Include which details your office needs to review before it creates the job.

Send that information to [email protected] or use the site contact options. A request does not establish a delivery date. After trials open, evaluate the alerts, dashboard and calendar booking during your trial, and choose your workflow based on those available features.

FAQ

Does it work directly with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?

Neither has a direct connection to our receptionist. Your team can review the emailed call summary and enter the relevant details into the software it uses. Tell us which system you use and what you need transferred so your request can inform connection planning.

What is available for Jobber, FieldEdge and Service Fusion?

Direct connections to those systems are not live. The available workflow is to receive the call alert, review the summary and enter the relevant information yourself. Transcripts and recordings help when you need to confirm a detail before adding the request to your job system.

Can it book appointments without a field-service connection?

Yes. The receptionist can book appointments into Google Calendar, or take the details for your callback if you prefer. That booking feature does not create a job in your field-service software. Decide who in your team will enter the appointment or request in that system.

Can I change the receptionist's settings myself?

Yes. You change settings by telling the AI in plain words. Your dashboard contains calls, transcripts, recordings, usage and settings, so you can review how the receptionist is handling requests. Keep the business information current when your hours, services, service area or call routing rules change.

Can I try the manual workflow before committing?

You can hear the receptionist in the browser demo without signing up, then request a free trial to test your business setup. A card is required before forwarding goes live. Use a test call to review the message and assess the manual entry your office would need to do.
