Follow up on web requests with permission to call
The add-on calls people who submit your web form and tick a consent box naming your business. It takes their electrical request while you handle other work.
The lead must tick a consent box that names your business.
Eligible requests receive a call within about a minute during calling hours.
The conversation uses your electrical services, service area and price policy.

The follow-up add-on calls people who request help through your web form. We use one fixed consent box, unchecked by default:
"By checking this box, I agree that [Your business name] may call me at the phone number above about my request, including calls made with automated technology and an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can say "stop" on any call and I won't be called again."
Calls go out within about a minute, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. the lead's time; otherwise, the next morning. Calls reach only the 50 US states: one attempt plus one retry 10 minutes later, with at most one follow-up (the attempt and its retry) per number per day. You keep consent records.
Call within the window, then record the result
Eligible follow-up calls run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the lead's local time. The add-on allows one attempt plus one retry and honors opt-outs immediately.
Calls take place between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for the lead.
One initial call and one retry keep the follow-up bounded.
Receive a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording through your usual alerts.

An eligible form submission prompts a call within about a minute when it falls inside our calling window. The AI identifies itself as a virtual assistant and announces that the call is recorded. It asks about the electrical request and uses your stated services and rules to handle the conversation.
The add-on makes one attempt plus one retry, rather than continuing to dial. If the person opts out, we honor that request at once. The 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. window is our product policy, stated in the lead's local time.
Prepare your form consent and business intake rules
You provide business information for the callback and keep records of each lead's written consent. Onboarding establishes the services, service area and policies the AI uses.
Use a form consent box that identifies the business making the callback.
Tell the receptionist which electrical jobs and service areas you accept.
Keep the permission records needed for the follow-up requests you send.

Prepare the information a caller would need when you return a quote request yourself. Tell the AI about your services, operating hours, service area and estimate policy. Include what should count as urgent and who should receive those calls, so the follow-up uses the same rules as your incoming intake.
Your form needs the consent box naming your business, and you retain the permission records. Review the follow-up responsibilities in our terms before using the add-on. Use onboarding to give the AI your business facts instead of expecting it to supply missing policies.
Keep follow-up limited to consented web-form leads
This add-on does not make cold calls, dial lists or contact purchased leads. Written consent, calling hours, the attempt limit and immediate opt-outs govern the follow-up.
Purchased contacts and cold outreach are outside the product's scope.
An inquiry without the required written consent is not eligible.
Opt-outs stop further follow-up, including the retry that would otherwise remain.

The add-on is for people who requested contact through your form and gave the specified permission. It does not turn an old contact file, a bought lead list or a visitor's phone number into permission to call. Keep those sources out of the follow-up workflow.
A quick callback also does not promise a booked job. The person may be unavailable, outside your service area or asking for work you do not offer. Your receptionist uses the business rules you supply, records the conversation and leaves your team to assess the opportunity.
Hear the intake, then review the follow-up conditions
Use the browser demo to hear how the receptionist handles an electrical inquiry. The demo is an inbound conversation, so it does not test outbound timing or consent handling.
Ask about a fictional panel upgrade to check the conversation's questions.
Listen for the virtual assistant introduction and the call recording notice.
Check your consent process and calling limits before enabling the add-on.

Try a panel upgrade estimate in the electrical inquiry demo to hear the AI collect a request. Listen for whether it follows the fictional business information and takes useful details for the next conversation. The demo shows intake, rather than placing a follow-up call to your phone.
Before enabling the add-on, review the consent box on your form and how you retain permission records. Confirm that the calling window and attempt limit fit your intended workflow. Then request a free trial; during onboarding, provide the services and policies your receptionist should use.
FAQ
How quickly does it call a new electrical lead?
The follow-up add-on calls eligible web-form leads within about a minute during its calling window. Calls run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the lead's local time. That timing applies to requests with the required written consent naming your business, rather than to any phone number submitted online.
What consent does the follow-up add-on require?
We require prior express written consent through a checked consent box naming your business. The person must have submitted your web form and given that permission before the follow-up call. You keep the consent records. Merely receiving a quote inquiry with a phone number does not satisfy our product requirement.
How many follow-up attempts will it make?
The add-on allows one initial attempt plus one retry. It does not keep calling until someone answers. Calls stay within the lead's local calling window, and an opt-out is honored at once. If the person asks to stop, the remaining retry is not a reason to call again.
Can I use it to call purchased electrical leads?
No. We do not offer cold calling, list dialing or follow-up to purchased leads. This add-on is limited to people who submit your web form and tick the required consent box naming your business. Use it for those requests rather than importing contacts from another source.
Does the browser demo place a follow-up call?
No. The browser demo lets you speak with the receptionist as a caller to a fictional electrical business. It helps you hear the disclosure, intake questions and handling of a service request. It does not demonstrate an outbound call, callback timing or your web form's consent process.
